We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Being a dog owner, I understand fully, that some have certain protein preferences, allergies, sensitivities or are just plain picky eaters. 
If you would like to make a return, it will have to be within 2 weeks of delivery.
The food must be unopened, in the same packaging and in a box.

Food that has been completely thawed is unreturnable. 
Treats and 10 lb sample packs are final sale.

We can either switch you for another protein blend or refund you, with a 20% return free.
